February 12, 2016 - Nlyte has announced that it has acquired FieldView Solutions.
The two companies have been working together for several years and their technologies are complementary. The merger of the two teams will consolidate a more powerful organisation and enable a better product to meet the needs of data centre (DC) customers.
The combination of the two companies' CD infrastructure management software platforms will provide Nlyte's customers with the most powerful real-time alarm and event management solution in the industry. More DC processes will also be managed and integration with the ITSM world will be even easier. This acquisition will reinforce Nlyte's strategy to make DCSM (Data Center Service Manager) the tool to automate and manage all DC resources and integrate them with other critical IT systems.
